Today we drove along the beautiful Icefields Parkway from Banff to Jasper to meet up with Spike Baker, Head Brewer at Jasper Brewing Company. It was great to connect with Spike and share his story on the podcast. He is literally living his dream – I asked him where he wants to be in 5 years and he told me that he wants to be doing exactly what he’s doing now! He loves the town of Jasper and the amazing team they have assembled at the brewery and has no plans of leaving any time soon!
