For episodes 30-35 of the Let’s Meet for a Beer Podcast my friend Cam Dobranski, owner of Medium Rare Chef Apparel, is joining me as co-host!  Cam made some calls to his friends across Canada (who also happen to be world-class chefs) to see if they would join us to share their stories – and luckily they said yes!

Today we connect with James Holmes, Chef at Salt & Brick in Kelowna, British Columbia.  Late to the game, James started his culinary career at the age of twenty-seven. While on a family trip to Europe, he found a real connection to the product, process and quality of European food culture.  His passion for food, and skills as a chef, have landed him on Canada’s Food Network’s Fire Masters and Big Food Bucket List!
